Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Larchmont, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Oh my god. Let me start with the crowd, the whole town is at this place! That should show you the quality before you even walk in. The decorations outside and in the foyer really transport you to another world of Asian flavors. The food, there are so many optionsβand somehow every single one is the right choice. The shrimp, the chicken, THE STEAK, the stir fry vegetables, the noodles, the rice, the soup, and even the delightful dressing on the salad. You get stir fry vegetables, soup, salad, noodles or fried rice, and maybe some extra shrimp if youβre lucky included with your order. I recommend the filet mignon, and trust meβitβs worth the price. The serving sizes are quite generous so either come with an appetite or prepare to be amazed by the deliciousness two days in a row (youβll probably have to take home some food). The cook on the table show is very enjoyable and an entertaining experience. When itβs your birthday you get a must-see affair, I wonβt spoil it for you but itβs an unforgettable experience This is simply a must-go!

Its a good place, fresh food, The restaurant seems a bit dark inside. Also the facility seems like it could use some updating. The food was good and the servers and chefs were very nice .

This was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. We came in expecting a fun hibachi dinner and celebration, but instead spent most of the night waiting. We waited to be greeted, waited to be seated, waited for drinks, waited to order, and then waited again for the chef. What should have been an enjoyable evening turned into a frustrating, exhausting ordeal that lasted nearly three hours. To make matters worse, the restaurant was uncomfortably hot. Everyone at our table was sweating the entire time, and it was clear other guests were just as uncomfortable. The atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed from the moment we walked in. The food was another disappointment. Portions were noticeably smaller than expected, several items were overcooked, and orders were not prepared correctly. The hibachi chef seemed rushed and uninterested, with none of the energy or entertainment that normally makes hibachi worth the price. The biggest issue, though, was the overall lack of hospitality. Staff appeared overwhelmed, service was painfully slow, and nobody seemed concerned about the customer experience. Despite all of this, an automatic gratuity was added to the bill, which

One of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time. The filet mignon was tough, lacked flavor, and was nowhere near the quality you'd expect for the price. Nearly everything on the menu feels significantly overpriced, especially considering the food quality and portion sizes. The restaurant itself felt neglected and empty, giving the impression that it has seen much better days. To make matters worse, we were surprised to find extra service charges added to the bill despite having only a small party. For the amount we spent, I expected a premium experience. Instead, we got mediocre food, questionable value, and unexpected fees. Never again.

I have been coming here for years. And it has always been my go to for hibachi. I would even refer all my friends. However I was highly disappointed last night when my check, for 2 adults and a child included a 18% service fee. 18% which amounted to $30! Plus the suggested tips of another 18% on top of the total including their 18% service charge. Needless to say I wonβt be returning.
